You grant us ac­cess to your re­search projects and your in­ven­tions (In­ven­tion Dis­clo­sures). You may also al­ready know com­pa­nies that have rel­e­vant in­tel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty rights. The more we learn from you, the more ef­fec­tive­ly we can ad­vise you!

TIPAG FTO analy­sis ser­vices de­tect grant­ed claims for you and show you the re­main­ing scope for cir­cum­vent­ing them.

TIPAG will also pro­vide you with an overview of which pro­tec­tive rights we have iden­ti­fied and whether they are rel­e­vant for you or not. In some cas­es it might be nec­es­sary to pay a li­cense fee for ex­ist­ing patents. In these cas­es, TIPAG sup­ports you with sug­ges­tions for im­ple­ment­ing a mean­ing­ful li­cense agreement.
