TIPAG makes sug­ges­tions to your Re­search & De­vel­op­ment Team (R&D) on how to:
  1. If pos­si­ble, be able to cir­cum­vent ex­ist­ing patents.
  2. Be­ing able to fo­cus on a path that is not yet cov­ered by in­tel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty rights so that you can find your own best solution.

patent­ing process
You grant us ac­cess to your re­search projects and your in­ven­tions (In­ven­tion Dis­clo­sures). You may also al­ready know com­pa­nies that have rel­e­vant in­tel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty rights. The more we learn from you, the more ef­fec­tive­ly we can ad­vise you!

We de­tect grant­ed claims for you and show you the re­main­ing scope for cir­cum­vent­ing them.

We will pro­vide you with an overview of which pro­tec­tive rights we have iden­ti­fied and whether they are rel­e­vant for you or not. In some cas­es it might be nec­es­sary to pay a li­cense fee for ex­ist­ing patents. In these cas­es, we sup­port you with sug­ges­tions for im­ple­ment­ing a mean­ing­ful li­cense agreement.
